SMS Program Details

Effective Date: November 1, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your enrollment in Keystone Front Desk notifications.

By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box, you authorize Keystone Front Desk to send text messages (SMS and MMS) regarding your reservations, check-in updates, concierge responses, and guest service notices. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Message frequency varies based on your stay activity and guest requests.

SMS program: Keystone Front Desk uses SMS communication solely to deliver real-time operational hospitality alerts, room status updates, check-in information, and two-way concierge responses. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan terms.

Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our messaging number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keystone Front Desk and third-party telecom operators do not guarantee message delivery speeds across roaming or congested network environments.

Privacy & Data Protection: We respect your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
